Organizations and projects
An organization is a group of projects which are based on the same workflow.
With Skriv, you can create as many organizations as you want, and create as many projects as you need.
You can add as many file attachments as you want to your projects (the only limit is a maximum of 25 MB per file).
Helpdesk is available on https://help.skriv.com. You will find there some documentation and you can ask questions by opening tickets.
The response time is 2 working days maximum.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)
The service availability can be seen on https://status.skriv.com.
Skriv promise an uptime of 99.5%.
This correspond to 3 hours of service outage per month maximum (excluding planned interventions).
If the service is unavailable for more than 3 hours in a month, you will get 1 free month of subscription.
The Enterprise plan offers an uptime of 99.9%.
This provides for a maximum of 45 minutes of service interruption per month (excluding planned interventions).
If the service is unavailable for more than 45 minutes in a calendar month, you will receive 1 month of free subscription. After 90 minutes of unavailability, you will receive a second month free.
Some events are notified to the users (projects creation, assignment, update, etc.) by email. Also, you can configure your organizations to have events sent to a Slack channel.
